Born and raised amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Christchurch, New Zealand, my heart has always been tied to the beauty of the natural world and the power of a good story.<\/p><p>Before my 28-year career in the legal world of Austin, Texas, I spent my days in the classroom. As an elementary school teacher in Sydney, Winnipeg, and Austin, I saw firsthand how a spark of imagination could light up a child\u2019s eyes. That love for storytelling and my desire to inspire young minds is the heartbeat behind Amazing Moonshine McPool.<\/p><p>After many years in Texas and California, I\u2019ve recently settled in the Colorado mountains.
